A brief about the book: Studies by Professor of Criticism and Rhetoric Aqil Al-Khaqani on Quranic expression. The purpose of the Quranic text was not to establish legislation or merely to tell stories as was the case in previous divine books. Rather, in addition to all this, it aimed to have a rhetorical impact on its audience.
