El Carmen

We have chosen for you this new harvest from El Salvador also from a different area at an altitude ranging between 1300-1400 meters above sea level from the Apaneca Ilamatepec mountain range with beautiful scenery. The Carmen province is one of the main areas in the production of specialty coffee in Central America where its farms are managed by the illustrious Antonio Alvaro family for nearly a hundred years, and four successive generations have cultivated coffee until today. 60% of the coffee cherry trees there grow slowly under shade, and they age less quickly, which helps in the even ripening of the coffee cherries, as well as contributing to the concentration of natural sugars and enhancing the coffee's hints..Hints: tropical fruits, nuts, chocolateProcessing: driedVariety: Bourbon, Pacas, CatuaíAltitude: 1300-1400 meters
