Conditions for guaranteeing endoscopes

Dear customer, please read the warranty terms carefully before purchasing.

The warranty covers any manufacturing defects in the binoculars, such as lens blurring, distortion in lens clarity, problems with the clatter, dust inside the lenses, or problems with filtration.

The endoscope is considered outside the warranty in the following cases:

• Problems resulting from excessive tension on the bases, contrary to the manufacturer's recommendation (16 to 18 maximum).

• There is a dent on the endoscope tube.

· A break in the towers as a result of an attempt to disassemble the lock.

• Scratches or marks from disassembling the mechanical parts of the endoscope are not covered under warranty.

• In case of blurring or clarity, the binocular is compared to a similar, new or nearly new binocular.

In the event of a complaint about a difference in weight or rebound, the product is subjected to testing on a special device through which the scope is zeroed, then exposed to a strong rebound, and then the net is compared before and after the rebound. If it differs, it is a manufacturing defect, and if it does not differ, the product is sound regardless of the customer's complaint, and the existence of a defect in the scope is ruled out.

In the event of any complaint regarding the endoscope, it will be subject to a technical examination to determine the type of problem within a maximum of 15 to 30 days, provided that a fee of 100 riyals is paid for the examination, which will be refunded if a manufacturing defect is proven, with the endoscope being replaced with its equivalent or something similar if the same product is not available.
