The proliferation of water purification and bottled water devices has caused confusion among people, as all companies claim their products are high quality. Therefore, it was necessary for us at Zamil Industrial, Trading, and Transport Company to clarify the principles of choosing the best solutions for drinking water and how suitable they are health-wise. The filter must be capable of removing all sediments, impurities, dirt, and harmful chemicals produced by connections and extensions in the underground tank, as well as chlorine, and to regulate the amount of dissolved salts in water according to WHO standards, while preserving beneficial elements needed by the body. Purecom filters are characterized by scientifically referenced quality and a long lifespan, with a long service period and international quality certificates. This is due to the membrane used in the station, which produces pure water at a capacity of 300 liters/day. The membrane has a high ability to remove 95% of heavy metals, 99% of organic materials, viruses, bacteria, and sodium. Zamil Industrial, Trading, and Transport Company provides installation of Purecom desalination devices within Saudi Arabia and maintains the filters according to each customer's maintenance schedule, where the first three cartridges (PP-UDF-CTO) are replaced every four months, and the other three cartridges (RO -Post carbon - Alkaline) every two years. Purification stages inside the Pureal station: First Stage - PP Filter: A fine polypropylene fiber filter with 5-micron pores, made of the best types of filters that trap rust, dirt, sand, and suspended impurities in water, serving as the primary purification stage in the desalination device. Second Stage - UDF: Activated carbon filter made of fine carbon granules capable of removing color, taste, and odor, ensuring water free of chlorine. This stage efficiently increases the surface area of the carbon, which has a high capacity to absorb impurities. Third Stage - CTO: Solid carbon block filter responsible for removing chlorine, taste, and odor from water. It serves as a confirmation stage for the second to ensure high water quality. Fourth Stage - RO Membrane: A semi-permeable membrane with 1/10,000 micron pores, through which water passes from the higher concentration solution (salty water) to fresh water using pressure generated by the pump. RO is used to remove excess salts, viruses, bacteria, and heavy metals from water. Fifth Stage - Post Carbon: Post-carbon filter that elevates water quality in terms of color and taste to ensure maximum purity, removing chlorine, and making the water crystal clear. Sixth Stage - Alkaline: An alkalinity booster filter that balances the acidity and alkalinity levels of water, raising the pH above 7, and also adding beneficial minerals to the water.
