Sitting in the streets

It is a sitting that involves surveillance and preparation for schemes, so it became necessary for us to learn the ways and means by which the devil plots against his eternal enemy, "Son of Adam." The revelation informed us of all this, and even revealed to us his ancient history, his stories, and his descriptions. Then it commanded us to take him as an enemy. Therefore, it is incumbent upon the believer to know his enemy Iblis, and to learn about his history, his methods, and his tricks. Abu al-Darda - may Allah be pleased with him - said: "And among the wisdom of the servant is to know the whispers of the devil, where they come from." And he should strive to resist and confront him in all those ways, and make that a priority in his life. He should not neglect to carry weapons against him and to seek refuge from his aggression, for many neglect their enemy, and some people think that his schemes are limited to whisperings or matters related to magic, thus they overlook the true nature of the battle between them and the devil. This book is composed of texts from the Quran and Sunnah, presenting a comprehensive picture of this enmity, in terms of content and tools, in a concise and beneficial manner, drawing a clear picture for the dear reader of the dimensions of our struggle with the devil.
