Do I need a code?
No. Pay with your Baseeta card and the cashback applies automatically.
Do I have to buy from more than one store?
Yes. To get the cashback, your order has to be from at least two different stores on Mahally.
What's the most I can get back?
SAR 500 per order. You reach it when your order is SAR 5,000 or more.
Can I use the offer more than once?
Yes. Every order you pay for with your Baseeta card during the offer gets 10% back.
Are discounted products included?
Yes. You get the store's discount and the cashback on top.
When does the cashback arrive, and how long does it last?
It lands in your Mahally wallet 7 days after you receive your order, and you can use it within two months.
Can I withdraw it as cash?
No. The balance is for buying on Mahally. It can't be withdrawn as cash or moved to your Baseeta account.
My Baseeta card is added to Apple Pay. Does that work?
No. Type in the card details yourself at checkout so the cashback counts.
What if I cancel the order or return something from it?
You don't get the cashback, and Mahally's cancellation and returns policy applies.
Terms and conditions in brief
- For new and existing customers, Saudi citizens and residents of the Kingdom, when buying on the Mahally website (mahally.com) or app using the Baseeta service from United Company for Financial Services (Tas'heel Finance).
- The offer runs from 8 November 2026 until the end of 15 November 2026, or until its allocated budget runs out, whichever comes first.
- The Baseeta account must be active and not in default. Payment must be made by entering Baseeta card details only, without Apple Pay, mada Pay, loyalty points or any other payment method.
- 10% cashback on the value of eligible products, up to SAR 500 per order, even if the products carry other discounts or offers. Customers can benefit on more than one order.
- The balance is added to your Mahally wallet 7 days after the order is delivered, and can be used on Mahally purchases within two months of being added. It can't be paid out in cash or moved to a Baseeta account.
- The order must be from at least two different stores on Mahally.
- Some products may be excluded from the offer, so check the product page.
- No cashback is due if the order is cancelled or the products are returned in full or in part. Mahally's cancellation and returns policies apply.
- If any monthly Baseeta payment is late, a late payment fee of SAR 50 is added.
