النيلة الزرقاء

النيلة الزرقاء هي بودرة طبيعية تُستخدم في المغرب منذ القِدم في الحمام المغربي والعناية بالبشرة، وتشتهر بقدرتها على تفتيح وتوحيد اللون بطريقة آمنة وطبيعية ✨

• اخلطي كمية بسيطة من النيلة مع زبادي.
• توضع على الوجه أو الجسم 10–15 دقيقة.
• تُغسل بماء فاتر ويُرطّب بعدها بزيت طبيعي (مثل زيت الأرغان).
• تُستخدم 1–2 مرة بالأسبوع
