• Set Components: V60 Dripper, Base, and Cup.
• Customization: All specific details are to be coordinated and agreed upon between the store and the customer.
• Production Timeline: Orders take 25 to 45 days to complete after payment is confirmed.
• Cancellation Policy: Orders cannot be canceled, and payments are non-refundable once the payment is processed and production has begun.
• Final Sale: Returns or refunds are strictly not accepted once the order has been delivered in sound condition (meaning no damage occurred during shipping).
• Ceramic Production Risks: Due to the unpredictable nature of ceramics, if a piece encounters an issue or breaks during the firing process in the kiln, the customer will be given two options:

1. Re-executing the order with a new production timeline as agreed.
2. Receiving a full refund.

• Post-Delivery Damage: The store is not responsible for any damage that occurs after the product has been delivered in sound condition to the customer.
• Authenticity: 100% Handcrafted ceramics.
• Natural Variations: Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in color shades and clay texture may appear after firing. These differences are natural, do not affect quality, and add a unique character to every piece.
• Agreement: By completing the purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts these variations and agrees that they do not constitute product defects or grounds for exchange or return.
