As summer comes to an end, we flow through movement and colors ✨
In a Vinyasa Flow practice, we move with the breath and transition smoothly from one pose to the next, allowing the transitions themselves to become part of the flow, rather than simply a way to move from one pose to another.
From the flow of movement, we shift into a space of creativity, adding our own personal touch by adorning our mirrors with crystals.
