K-File هو ملف يدوي يُستخدم بشكل أساسي في علاج جذور الأسنان لاستكشاف القنوات الجذرية، تحديد الـ Working Length، إنشاء الـ Glide Path، وتنظيف وتوسيع القناة تدريجيًا. يتوفر بأحجام مختلفة تبدأ من المقاسات الصغيرة جدًا وتزداد تدريجيًا، ويختار الدكتور الحجم المناسب حسب قطر القناة وتشريحها.

K-File is a hand endodontic instrument mainly used to explore root canals, determine the working length, establish a glide path, and gradually clean and enlarge the canal. طريقة الاستخدام بالتفصيل:

اختيار المقاس المناسب: يبدأ الدكتور عادةً بملف صغير مثل #06 أو #08 أو #10 لاستكشاف القناة، خصوصًا إذا كانت القناة ضيقة أو منحنية.

فتح حجرة اللب: بعد فتح الـ Access Cavity وإزالة سقف حجرة اللب، يتم تنظيف الحجرة وتحديد فتحات القنوات.

استكشاف القناة: يُدخل الدكتور الـ K-File بلطف داخل القناة باستخدام حركة بسيطة ومتحكم بها، دون إجبار الملف على الدخول.

1تحديد مسار القناة: يساعد الملف على معرفة اتجاه القناة والتأكد من إمكانية المرور فيها، خصوصًا في القنوات الضيقة أو المنحنية.

تحديد الـ Working Length: بعد الوصول إلى مسار القناة، يمكن استخدام الـ K-File مع Apex Locator و/أو الأشعة للمساعدة في تحديد الـ Working Length.

إنشاء الـ Glide Path: يستخدم الدكتور ملفات K-File الصغيرة بالتدرج لإنشاء مسار ناعم وآمن داخل القناة قبل استخدام الـ Rotary Files.

التدرج في المقاسات: ينتقل الدكتور تدريجيًا من المقاسات الصغيرة إلى الأكبر حسب تشريح القناة، مثل #10 ثم #15 ثم #20 ثم المقاسات الأكبر حسب الحاجة.

التنظيف والتوسيع: يمكن استخدام الـ K-File لإزالة بعض الـ Debris والمساعدة في توسيع القناة تدريجيًا، خصوصًا أثناء الـ Hand Instrumentation.

Irrigation: بين استخدام الملفات، يقوم الدكتور بعمل Irrigation للقناة للمساعدة في إزالة الـ Debris وبقايا الأنسجة.

Recapitulation: يمكن الرجوع إلى ملف صغير مثل #10 للحفاظ على الـ Canal Patency وتقليل خطر انسداد القناة بالـ Debris، حسب التقنية المستخدمة.

فحص القناة: يستمر الدكتور في التأكد من الـ Working Length ومسار القناة وعدم وجود انسداد أو تغيير غير مرغوب في شكلها.

إكمال التحضير: بعد الوصول إلى الحجم والشكل المطلوبين، يتم غسل القناة وتجفيفها ثم تجهيزها لمرحلة Obturation.

How to Use in Detail:
