Lockout Tagout Box

A Lockout Tagout (LOTO) Box is a central security container used during group maintenance tasks to ensure that heavy machinery cannot be restarted until every worker has finished their job.

Each authorized employee places their personal padlock on the outside of the box; the keys to the main equipment locks are stored inside, meaning the box cannot be opened and the machine cannot be energized until the very last worker removes their lock.
