DESCRIPTION

Experience Aqua Sculpt – the first-of-its-kind floating water workout in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, exclusively designed by ATHARAH Wellness and led by three-time World Champion Ana-Maria Stoilova, with over 20 years of experience in sports and wellness.

This unique 50-minute full-body workout is based on ATHARAH Wellness’s signature methodology and an exclusive training program personally developed by Ana-Maria Stoilova. Performed on floating mats, the session combines strength, balance, core activation, stability and controlled movement to challenge the entire body while improving coordination and body awareness.

Duration: 50 minutes

Estimated Calorie Burn: 450–650 kcal per session, depending on individual fitness level, body composition and workout intensity.

PLEASE NOTES: Basic swimming skills are required, as participants must be able to swim to reach the floating mats.

DRESS CODE & INSTRUCTIONS

Comfortable sportswear is recommended, preferably made from quick-drying fabrics.

Suggested attire:

* Leggings or shorts

* T-shirts or tank tops

* Sports bras

Please arrive 15 minutes before the session to allow sufficient time for check-in and preparation.

YOUR TICKET INCLUDES

In addition to your Aqua Sculpt session, your ticket includes one complimentary hotel facility experience of your choice.

* Pool Access - 3h access (ladies only) of the outdoor swimming pool from before the AquaSculpt class

* Fitness Access - Full Day Access to the ladies only hotel’s gym on the day of the AquaSculpt class (from 10:00am -6:00pm)

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

* Guests must select one of the three hotel facility experiences when booking their Aqua Sculpt session.

* Only one hotel experience is included per ticket.

* The selected experience is valid exclusively on the same day as the booked Aqua Sculpt class.

* Access is limited to the designated duration and operating hours of the selected facility.

* Unused access cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed on another day.

* All facilities are subject to hotel policies and availability.

* All purchases are non-refundable.

Waiver & Release of Liability

By booking and participating in Atharah Wellness AquaSculpt or water fitness activities, I acknowledge the potential risks, voluntarily accept full responsibility for my participation, and release Atharah Wellness, its owners, staff, and affiliates from related claims, injuries, losses, or damages to the extent permitted by law.

I confirm that I am physically fit, have basic swimming skills, and agree to follow all safety instructions. I also agree to indemnify Atharah Wellness against claims or costs arising from my participation, to the extent permitted by law.
