Coming from Rwanda's lush Kinazi Highlands, under the warm sun, Jaikum combines tradition and innovation in a dazzling way.

Rwanda Simba is the result of the hard work of eight young farmers ranging in age from 40 to 93 years old, each of whom pours his inherited experience and love of coffee into every cherry he picks. Led by producer Toganomorimi François, they take care of more than 9,000 bourbon Arabica trees planted in sandy clayey soil in the Huey region.

After being carefully picked, the cherries go to Simbi Coffee Investment's Kinase washing station. Founded by Abdul Rudahonga in honor of his grandmother and her time-honored tradition of coffee, the station blends modern technology with an authentic family spirit, to bring Simba coffee to us in a luxurious way.

Rwanda Simba dries naturally under the sun on high beds, with steady mountain breezes. The processing is 100% natural, and this makes the fruits stand out in an intense and clear way. With a very high sensory rating of 89.69, it's a powerful, complex, and elegant experience at the same time.

From the first sip, you feel a clean and clear texture. Then you get a rich and balanced apricot taste, intertwined with distinctive floral accents. After the cup grill cools, you start looking for hints of creamy milk chocolate that give it a pleasant and balanced finish.
