Hamid shifts his hives with the seasons, letting his bees draw nectar from the wild acacia and sidr blooms that blanket Umluj’s wadis and volcanic mountains. He extracts the honey in small batches, preserving every enzyme, pollen grain, and floral note. The result is a sun-gold jar that tastes just like a Red Sea sunrise.
