2. شروط الحجز

Booking Requirements

يشترط لقبول الحجز ما يلي:

• أن يكون الطائر بصحة جيدة وخاليًا من الأمراض المعدية.

• الإفصاح الكامل عن التاريخ الصحي أو أي سلوك خاص بالطائر.

• قد يُطلب إثبات فحص بيطري حديث عند الحاجة.

• توفير بيانات تواصل طارئة إلزامي.

To ensure the highest standard of care:

• The bird must be healthy and free from contagious diseases.

• Full disclosure of medical history and behavioral concerns is required.

• Recent veterinary confirmation may be requested if necessary.

• Emergency contact details are mandatory.

3. مدة الإقامة

Minimum Stay

الحد الأدنى للإقامة هو ليلتان.

قد تختلف مدة الحد الأدنى خلال المواسم العالية والعطلات.

The minimum boarding period is two nights.

Minimum stay requirements may vary during peak seasons and holidays.

Daily Care Standards

5. مستلزمات الطائر

Owner Supplies

يمكن للمالك إحضار:

• الطعام المفضل للطائر

• المكملات الغذائية

• ألعاب خاصة

• قفص شخصي (عند الطلب)

Owners may provide:

• Preferred food

• Supplements

• Personal toys

• Personal cage (upon request)

6. الحالات الصحية والطوارئ

Health & Emergencies

في حال حدوث طارئ صحي:

• سيتم التواصل فورًا مع المالك.

• في حال تعذر التواصل، يحق لـ Object & Story طلب الرعاية البيطرية اللازمة.

• جميع التكاليف الطبية يتحملها المالك.

In the event of illness or emergency:

• The owner will be contacted immediately.

• If unreachable, Object & Story reserves the right to seek veterinary care.

• All veterinary expenses are the owner’s responsibility.

Liability Disclaimer

لا تتحمل Object & Story مسؤولية:

• الحالات الصحية السابقة غير المصرح بها

• التغيرات السلوكية الطبيعية الناتجة عن التوتر

• أي مضاعفات ناتجة عن معلومات غير دقيقة

نلتزم بالعناية المهنية، مع إدراك أن الطيور كائنات حساسة بطبيعتها.

Object & Story is not responsible for:

• Undisclosed pre-existing medical conditions

• Natural stress-related behaviors

• Complications resulting from inaccurate information

We provide professional care while recognizing the sensitive nature of birds.

9. حق الرفض

Right of Refusal

يحق لـ Object & Story رفض الحجز في الحالات التالية:

• السلوك العدواني الذي يشكل خطرًا

• عدم الإفصاح عن معلومات صحية مهمة

• أي ظروف قد تعرض الطيور الأخرى للخطر

Object & Story reserves the right to refuse boarding if:

• The bird displays unsafe or aggressive behavior

• Important health information was not disclosed

• Conditions may pose risk to other birds
